We currently have approximately 70 members in our club, but most are either out of state or out of the country.
Where and when are the meetings?
Meetings are generally held monthly at a member's home or at a public place such as an
apartment building's club house. Our next meeting will be:

Two cool events are planned for this meeting. The COMETS will be presenting a full slice of the most recent Colorado Meteorite, The Sawtooth Mountain Ureilite. We will also have an opprotunity to view a recent donation of an Estate Collection of Meteorites. About 6 PM we will move to Woody's Wood Fired Pizza to talk about this years Auction.

We will have a Photo Op of Andrew Abrahams officially donating a 49g crusted
partslice of the Berhoud meteorite to Museum Director Bruce Geller. Fred Olsen
will have the incredible crusted Berthoud Main Mass and will give a program on
Berthoud and Vesta. Dan Wray and Fred put in a new exhibit on Vesta and two,
not one, but TWO apollo moon rocks!
