Kramer Creek meteorite (L4)

Kramer Creek was found in 1966 by Mr. Roy Hodges in a dry creek bed in Pueblo County, Colorado. It's a single L4 olivine-hypersthene chondrite and weighed 2.3 kg (5 lb). It waited patiently in a rock garden until 1972 when it was recognized as a meteorite by Terry E. Schmidt, an amateur astronomer from Colorado Springs.
