White barite with beige colored crystals of fluorite to 2 cm across. The surface of the crystals are comprised of numerous small tetrahexaoctahedron crystal faces aligned to form a crude cubic face. This crystal is fluorescent white under SW UV light. From the Lexington Quarry, Jessamine County, Kentucky, USA.
